Under the Law, clause 10 of the effective Law is supplemented with the provision, whereby the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to form the resources of natural gas used for public needs and its member companies have the right to export commercial gas in the volume defined by the budgeted balance sheet and division of the natural gas in Ukraine, under the order established by the central executive body in charge of implementation of the state policy in the oil and gas sector.
